[Trunk] No bar line for Parts
1. Open score with either single, or multi-stave instruments.
2. Create Part for one of these instruments.
Results: For single stave instruments, there's no bar line at the beginning. For multi-stave instruments, there's no bar line at the end.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4266) - Windows XP SP3.

Bar line span and system brackets were not exported to parts. This is fixed in r4273.
As a convention single stave instruments do not have a bar line at the beginning.

I didn't know single stave instruments were meant to lack a bar line at the start. Thanks.
