Better Collision control
I noticed that I have to do a lot of adjusting of dynamics and hair pin dynamics in between stave scores. There could be added a feature to keep lines and dynamics and notes from colliding without manual adjustments.
Also a feature to correct stem directions either up or down default, even when transposing.

Regaridng dynamics and hairpin, youll be happy to hear that is already implemented and will hopefully be included in a future release. See #81121: Dynamics and Hairpins overlap.
Regarding stem directions, I don't understand what you are asking. Stem directions should already be "correct" in most situations, but you can override them using "X", or reset them to the default (automatic) using Ctrl+R. If that does not solve your problem, can you explain in more detail what you are having trouble with?
