This is similar to #106726: Distance from barline to accidental is too small - basically, a case of the new layout working as designed, but it a situation where it really isn't appropriate. Note the problem only shows up if the grace note is above or below the staff and thus clears the time signature or barline. A grace note that is on the staff will be drawn correctly, as is the case with accidentals as well.
The scenario is not actual anymore: grace notes are not overlapping the clef or barline. Also, as Marc noticed, related issue is discussed in the #106726: Distance from barline to accidental is too small.
