What's wrong with this score?
I just began re-doing it using MuseScore 1.0, because I noticed corruption. It looks a little improved (the bar lines in the last two bars don't appear).
However, when I view it in a nightly build, it still knocks out of sync at bar 10 (Voice 2 sounds correct, but isn't visually - the opposite of Voice 1) until the end.
I copied and pasted Voice 1 only. I did begin Voice 2 at the start, but abandoned it. I entered it all manually instead.
Perhaps doing the score again all in the Nightly Build would confirm if it's fixed or not (not reliable obviously, though).
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4303) - Mac 10.4.11.

I think it's the anacrusis.
The problem didn't show up when I did the bass clef notes without it (or when I added an anacrusis after finishing).
I entered notes in the bass clef only:
With an anacrusis, it showed, but with different results to the original score (with the treble clef notes) - problem showed at the beginning.
With no anacrusis, it didn't show.
However, I added the treble clef notes without the anacrusis, and it showed.
All the attached files were created using MuseScore 1.0. I tested things using 2.0 Nightly Build (4338) - Mac 10.4.11.
I think anacrusis and multi-voice don't go well together - causes corruptions.
I have a score (created 1.0) in which there are rests for Voice 2 in the remaining empty bars (looking at the trunk). Not sure how it happened.
I don't know why, but I just discovered in bar 10 (or 9, depending on the anacrusis count bug), there's 15 semiquavers worth of notes in the treble clef. It isn't until after the end (maybe something to do with the multi-voice bass notes), everything seems to be correct.
You sometimes see people reporting this, but they don't know why it's happening.
Could someone else try making this score and see if they come up with any errors? If we could work out why, it would be an essential fix for 1.1 (possibly 2.0 too if the problem exists there as well).

They seem to sneak up on you. Its hard to find the cause.
I created this score using 2.0 (4367), exported it as Music XML, imported that using 1.0 and saved. I have attached both versions and a PNG (created in 2.0) - it serves as the reference to how the notation should go, for anyone who may tackle this bug.
When I began creating this in 2.0, there was a corruption. See: #11225: [Trunk] Anacrusis corrupts score
Encountering it again and wondered if a fix (or explanation) could be created?
I wonder if it affects scores that are over a certain amount of bars, because one unaffected score featuring an anacrusis and secondary voice only has a couple of bars.
This also maybe causing the problem: #11225: [Trunk] Anacrusis corrupts score

I just wanted to note:
I haven't reviewed properly, but I think the score may have been corrupt.
I have since redone it.
