Cancel my subscription
I bought some sheet music from MuseScore and accidentally signed up for a subscription which I did not want. I received an email to activate my account but I never activated it. I have tried to decline the subscription charge on my debit card. My bank advised me to contact you directly to make sure it was never purchased. What information do you need to cancel the subscription?

Unwise to include your phone number in a forum that can be seen (and scammed) by literally anyone in the world. You can edit your post by clicking the 'three-dots' button to the upper right of the post, then clicking Edit.
Besides, there is no point in including your phone as there will not be any communication by phone, from here there or anywhere.
