Challenge Help

Hi! I recently joined a marching band, and to be included socially, I must make a score. Mine is a mating call, and I need help. There has to be a lower masculine part which plays high at the beginning, and a high feminine part which takes over with low notes. They join together. It is mainly as a joke, so I don't mind anything comical. Anyone help? I am completely stumped.
