Unmovable Toolbar

I accidentally dragged the file operations toolbar slightly off-screen in MuseScore 1.0 (under Snow Leopard) and I cannot reach the handle to drag it back into position. Is there any fix?

Also, is there a way to compact the "Concert Pitch" button when it is in a vertical toolbar as not to waste horizontal space?
