Ottava, etc ... should not apply to cross-staff notes
8va, 8vb, 15ma, 15mb, 22ma, 22mb should not apply to cross-staff notes. For example, the middle-C notes of the bass clef in test-ottava.mscz should not be played as C-above-middle-C.

A simple ‘loco’ expression would imply that the ottava is not applied to the bottom staff.
Another solution would be making it similar to bar lines: there is an option ‘Span to next stave’ affecting the look of the bar lines. Why not add such an option (‘Apply to instrument’ vs ‘Apply to stave’) so that the use could decide whether to play it back or not? In compositions with interlocking octaves, there is no obvious way to fix the playback because one can only set it to ±300 cents. In this case, however, I need to change the pitch (tuning) by 1200, which the software won’t allow me to do.
The following example looks like the left hand should play in place (loco-lly), but Musescore raises all those LH notes due to the presence of a 8va.
It would honestly be a nightmare to add a 8va for each individual note, or to switch off playback for all these notes, and add a set of invisible non-ottava notes in the lower stave.
