Warning message: what does it mean?

The last few times I've built from the nightly I've noticed the following warning message. This isn't to say it hasn't always been there and I just didn't notice it. What does it mean? Does it matter (yes, I know it is a warning and not an error):
cc1plus: warning: /Users/dev/musescore/mscore/build/all.h.gch: created and used with differing settings of '-m32'

(Currenty building 4391 on MacBook Pro OS X 10.6.7)
