Three 8th notes in the bass clef and a fourth 8th note written on treble the clef

I would like to write in MuseScore what is written on the handwritten PDF document (first attachment).
I have made two MuseScore attempts (attachment #2) but neither is correct.

How do I write it correctly?

See the Handbook under "Cross staff beaming". Basically, enter all the notes you want beamed together in one staff, then move selected notes to the other staff with Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down.
