Harp improvements

1. There should be a proper harp manual, I'm currently using a special harp font which doesn't show correctly when I upload the score to the website. Also make the notes red (unplayable) when the harp pedaling is wrong.

2. There should really be a way of damping the harp, I hate it when I'm writing a complex harp section and it gets all messy and blury. Especially during a quiet symphonic section.
