Are you asking for advice, asking someone to do it for you or saying that you have done it?
If you're asking for advice then play the melody (or the main notes, at least) and then add in sustained notes and (simple,) chords. This will be dependant upon your playing ability and I would be amazed if you can play every note (e.g. measures 8, 16, 32 etc.).
