Too many Time Signatures.

1. New score, Piano Grand Staff, in Ab, 4/4.
2. Change time signature to Cut time.
3. Write a few bars including Chord Changes, original Jazz font.
4. Using the shortcut "i", add a flute part and move it over the Grand staff.
5. Remove Instrument name.
6. Observe that the new part has no time or key sig.
7. Add key sig. and time sig to flute staff.

Result: As seen in the attached file, the grand staff now has 2 sets of time sigs.

Workaround: Make spurious time sigs. invisible.
