[Trunk] Creation from template partially broken

1. Open MuseScore.
2. Go to 'New'.
3. 'Create new score from template'.
4. Either: Double-click, or select the template and 'Enter'.
(Result: Window is blank.)
5. 'Back'.
6. 'Next'.

Result: I can't create a template, because I can't go forward.

Workaround: Restart program - select template and click 'Next'.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4531) - Windows XP SP3.

Nearly all fixed, but I just noticed:

1. Open MuseScore.
2. Go to 'New'.
3. 'Create new score from template'.
4. Double-click a template.
5. Go 'Back'.

Result: 'Next' button isn't there.

Workaround: Double-click it, or click on another template, then on the desired one.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4553) - Mac 10.6.8.
