Tuplet Between Measures
Is there any way to have a tuplet span a number of notes greater than a single measure? Since I'm rather certain that sentence sounds like gibberish, here's a picture for what I mean:
Effectively, the tuplets are turning the time signature from 9/8 to 10/8.

Strictly speaking you can't do this accurately - 13 beats in the space of what? And the second 13-let must be different from the first since there are only 9 notes in the third measure. However....
(Basically make 10 in the space of 9 for each of the first two measures, hide the numbers and add the 13s in manually as staff text).

Okay, on further review, what's happening is that each is actually over the span of 12 beats, if that helps.
Now don't get me wrong, this is Ornstein; if some of the notation wasn't confusing and esoteric, you'd think you're dealing with someone else. I'm still trying to come up with a way to get rid of the plethora of excess staves that fill this thing; two measures span six staves at one point.
