Protocol for updating handbook?
I see that a user may update the online handbook.
I assume Thomas or someone reviews some of the content before (or after) it goes live before translators start hammering away.
I have have added text intended to strengthen the section on file backup and recovery in the file formats section. I wonder if adding a "file backup" section would be better.

I believe the Handbook is rather like Wikipedia—anyone can edit it, and anyone can review it. There is no single editor who approves changes, only the rest of the community. I myself tend to keep up with things via https://musescore.org/en/recent_changes and play sort of an administrative role, but that's definitely not official. That said, if my opinion counts for anything, I say go for it! It should probably be a child page of https://musescore.org/en/handbook/advanced-topics.

Well at the moment I added extra text in the Advanced-topics > File Formats section, where backup files are discussed.

I would suggest a new page—after all, they are the same MSCZ format as usual (unlike MSCZ,).
