[trunk] bar line props missing in popup menu

Setup: rev. 4553; Ubuntu 11.04, Qt SDK 1.1 (Qt lib 4.7.3)

Steps:
1) Open or create a score whatsoever
2) Right-click on a bar line

Result: no item in the popup menu for setting visibility and colour of the element.

Notes:

1) The attached patch adds to function ScoreView::createElementPropertyMenu() in file propertymenu.cpp the relevant case for BAR_LINE element.

2) the patch also contains, at the beginning of that function, a proposal code to add these 2 props (visibiilty and colour) to all drawable element 'in a single shot'.
