No idea yet. If someone tried it, I would be happy to have feedback. But don't expect MuseScore to be compatible with autosave and versions right now ;)
I got it for the Mac Pro yesterday - just opened 1.0 and it appears to be fine (haven't tested what you said Nicolas).

Chen Lung says he tried it yesterday, and I have tried it today. Mscore boots without crashing and plays back. So far so good.

I don't seem to have MuseScore font available to me after upgrading to MacOS X 10.7 (Lion)...

Well, it seems that the font is there, but renders incorrectly on my MacBook Pro in MacOS X 10.7 (Lion). When it DOES show something, it looks like braile.

It could be due to the same problem encountered in previous version of MacOSX. Check : Known incompatibilities , font problem on Mac OSX
Just wondered about this incase it's a reverse case: #11109: [Trunk] Broken font in score if 1.0 already has one open
Are you using 1.1, or 1.0?

All seems good with regards to the MuseScore font in 1.1. I do encounter an "unexpectedly quit" error message when I chose Quit Musescore from the Musescore menu, but I'll log that in a separate report if it already hasn't been logged.

What do you mean by "can't save"? What's the format of your scores in Layout -> Page settings?

Looks good. So why can't you save PDF ? or print scores? File -> Save as -> Pick a name and PDF as file extension.
