Add tuplet style options to match existing Inspector parameters

Provide global settings within the tuplet style settings to affect creation of new tuplets, for tuplet properties exposed in the Inspector. These include direction, number type, and bracket type. Optionally, provide a mechanism to (re-)apply these properties to all tuplet instances within the score. As a larger exercise, review similar properties exposed by the Inspector for other elements, and ensure that style settings are available to set their defaults.
