Two part rhythm notation
I was trying to make something along the lines of the attached picture. I found very weird that all the unpitched drums I chose were only able to show 1, 3, or 5 lines. Why is that? I want 2 lines!
Also, that lovely bracket at the beginning of each staff, is that possible to make in MuseScore?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Welcome to MuseScore! Right-click on your three-line staff, choose Staff Properties..., and you'll find you can set how many lines the staff has. While at it, you'll probably want to increase the distance between them. Afterwards, open the Brackets palette on the left, and drag the required bracket onto the staff.

Thank you so much!
I'm having trouble to get it right, as I increase the space between lines the stems get bigger and bigger... Also, I can't manage to put the notes in the right lines in the staff, even editing the drumset makes supplementary lines when I remove the original 3 or 5 lines....
But I'll get it, eventually :) Thank you again

Oh, drat—I forgot, this doesn't work very well at all in the current version of MuseScore. My apologies. All those problems with stem length and note positioning have been fixed, but only for the future MuseScore 3.0—see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/2159#issuecomment-136840578. I'm not sure if there is a good workaround for MuseScore 2.
