Instruments not in the program
There is a piece im trying to recreate, and it calls for;
Bass Oboe (Treble Clef)
Double Bassoon (Bass Clef)
How can i get these instruments in my program?

Well, General MIDI does not define sounds for them, so you'd need to use the closest-sounding instrument and then just change the name and other parameters to whatever you wish them to be (eg, right click and use Staff Properties to change name & transposition, change clef just using the regular clef palette).

None of that is necessary. Both instruments are already in MuseScore, just under different names: Baritone Oboe and Contrabassoon. That said, from a look at Wikipedia, perhaps the former should be renamed to Bass Oboe, and Double Bassoon should be added as an alternate.
