incorrect deletion of score elements when a time signature is deleted, but still in same time signature
I had the first four measures of a piece in 6/4, and then the time signature changed to 4/4. I wanted to get rid of the 6/4, so I changed it to 4/4. The extra 4/4 marking stayed four bars later (this is normally automatically removed). I had to manually delete it, but when I did this, it deleted all D.S., Segnos, and Codas I had in the piece, as well as deleting all forward facing repeats, and turning backwards facing repeats into forward facing repeats. It also flipped the stem direction on notes with downward facing stems and deleted all line breaks. This is very unexpected, bizarre, and inconvenient.

Comments
Confirmed also in master 1dcfefd
1. Open file NOT FOUND: 1 (2.0.3)
2. delete 2nd 4/4 time signature
Expected: Only that time signature is gone.
Result: About what OP says. Manual beam flips are undone.
