Page settings to be saved and loaded

Is there a way to have multiple page settings be saved and loaded as in the General Styles? If not, it would be nice to be able to have the Layout->Page settings be linked somehow to the General Style->Page settings or something of the sort. Maybe I'm lazy, but it'd be nice to have a handful of custom layout page settings easily switched depending upon one's fancy.
