Alternate notes during repeat
My arrangement has a chorus that is repeated. Only one voice, of five, sings something different on the second time around. Is there a way to add a "sing the smaller notes on the repeat" kinda thing? I'm thinking of how in "Maria" from West Side Story, there's an "alternate" line to the high b-flat that appears on the same staff, but smaller. Also, that alternate line is vastly superior and more musically satisfying, imo. But I digress...

The best way to notate that would be to use a second voice (see "Voices" in the Handbook) and then mark the notes (actually, the *chords*) small in the Inspector, and add a staff text to tell the musicians what those notes are for. Also turn off the playback for those notes in the Inspector - there isn't a way to get different playback on the repeat within MuseScore.
