Half-Flats Wrongly Exported into XML in 1.1

I haven't found anything like that in the Issue Tracker.

When I try to use the flat-slash (half-flat) symbol as an accidental it exports, in XML, as (#), i.e editorial sharp!!!

As for the Key Signature creation tool, it still has no effect at all on the exported XML. Nor on playback, for that matter... Still, it's of utmost importance to print a score properly.
