multiple midikeyboardsmidi

is it possible in the sequencer to connect a midichannel to one score and
another midichannel to another score, so midichannel 1 to righhand organ
Keyboard 1) and midichannel to lefthand organ (keyboard 2) and midichannel 3
to organ footpedal?
