For the reason that you see when you open it in MuseScore—there are an insane ammount of corrupt measures. You can't tell me you didn't notice them!
File > Score Properties... reveals that this was originally imported from a MusicXML file, so it appears whatever software created that file did a really bad job.
See https://musescore.org/en/node/54721 for advice on fixing this, mostly applicable to the error reported at measure 88. For the rest of it, I suggest appending two measures, copying measure 91 into the last measure, then selecting from measure 91 to 163 and deleting them. Then you'll be good to go.
