Playback issue featuring soprano saxophone

This is hyperspecific, but for some reason musescore will play some e naturals as d#s in the playback in no particular pattern in the sop sax. This seems to only happen when the notes are articulated with staccatos, and doesn't happen with any other instrument. Since this feels way too specific to be a known bug, is there any short-term solution that might work? I know at some point there was a way to "refresh" or "reset" a score, and that tended to fix my playback issues, but its been long enough that I've forgotten how to do that. I'm using the latest version of musescore, and I've tried restarting the app and my computer multiple times.
