High pitched sound at the end of score- Extends past playback

Hello all,

My score, https://musescore.com/user/90606/scores/467346, has this strange high pitched sound that plays at the end and (last three or so measures) it extends into playing even after the score is finished. It only recently happened after one of my updating uploads. The score sounds fine when I edit it in the Musescore software, it's just the online player. I have been uploading revisions in this for two years with no issues until now.

Any assistance would be much appreciated!
