Indeed. If you want to record your own wind chimes and contribute samples. Your contribution is welcome !
Note the sounds in MuseScore are a function of the soundfont you use. The default one shipped with MuseScore is serviceable at best; it's chief advantage is that it doesn't take much space when installing. But there are plenty of other soundfonts (sf2 format) you can find online and install yourself.
