"Title" frame is not respected in text collision detection

See attached file (staff/tab) Compared to 2.0.3, there appears to be a slight vertical shift of two (or more?) of the text objects in the "Title" vertical frame."

relates to #272132: [EPIC] Text positioning issues. After setting "autoplacement" to the elements, I see that Title frame is not respected in collision detection and automatic placement.
