XML import from Finale 2003 behaving weirdly
I am in the process of porting my stuff over from Finale 2003 to MuseScore.
The problem lies in the last 9 bars:-
In bar 34 the barline has shifted to after the second beat leaving the final beat of quaver triplets hanging at the end of the line. It has then split off the pedal part and appended it to the end of the piece.
Clicking on bar 34 selects the 2 keyboard parts as far as the terminal bar line.
MuseScore also thinks the final 8 bars in the Pedal part is one bar!
I have no way of testing whether this is an XML export error on Finale's part or whether it is MuseScore getting confused with something in the XML file.
I have attached both files for you to play with :) I can also let you have the original Finale 2003 file if needed, however the system here will not allow me to attach it.
Using MuseScore 1.1 on Ubuntu 11.04
Regards
Michael

If you want to attach the Finale file, you can use .zip.
It's related to this bug : #12276: MusicXML import: sub-optimal handling of different duration measures
It's better making your measure and voices full in Finale before exporting to MusicXML if you can. If not, you will encounter this bug quite often because Finale exports incomplete voices or measures and MuseScore has hard time reconstructing them. I reconstructed that one manually.

Fixed today in both the 0.9.6 branch and in the trunk in revision 4737. Fix will be present in 1.2 (if that version ever happens), the nightly builds and the upcoming 2.0.
