not sure if bug or normal...

when i am working on a project >and it is playing<, i cannot scroll to the bottom of the page to see what going on down there.
for example, if i am working on a concert band piece, i cannot scroll to the tuba part to see that part (in comparison to the others) without it automatically scrolling up.
