Looks from the picture that you did quite a bit more than just start a score and hit ctrl-3. Can you give steps to reproduce? Also, what version? Looks like Windows of some flavor?
#9307 happens if nesting level is too high and the note values get too small (< 128th).
Probably more information is needed to be able to reproduce this bug.
Can't reproduce on Windows XP Pro SP3 using build Rd697e22
Going by the picture provided I would say there was a corruption in the score casuing the crash - note how there are no rests other than those for the triplet in that bar.
