More uniform system for selecting and moving notation objects with the keyboard

Tab should move the selection between different object categories like notes, expression marks and so on. Arrow keys should move the selection within a given category, and Alt+arrow key should move the selected object. Ctrl+arrow key could move the selection a longer distance, and Ctrl+Alt+arrow key could move the object a longer distance.
