[Trunk] Transpose produces a mess of the score

1. Open attached score.
2. Select All.
3. 'Transpose'.
4. Transpose to another key (e.g. F Major).
5. OK.
6. Click the page (if the transposition doesn't appear).

Result: Note heads and stems are a mess.

Workaround: 'Reset' corrects it.
