How to delete those rests

So, I am trying to create this organ introduction for a 4/4 Key of C piece.
I intend to put only a quarter note on "F" WITHOUT any rest appearing on the first 4/4 measure. Is that even possible for Musescore? I am SOOOO new with this thing I badly need help.

Right click on the measure -> measure properties -> Actual measure duration an change it to 1/4.
A first 4/4 measure with only a quarter is a pickup measure or anacrousis.
