[trunk] R4985 Copyright Text & Page Number Location
I can't find any place to alter the locations of the copyright text and the page numbers. MS 1.1 has the ability to edit both under Style/Edit Text Style but in MS 2.0 "Copyright", "Page Number Odd" and "Page Number Even" don't exist.
Also, why can we not simply grab the copyright text or page number as we can in 1.1?

Copyright & page numbers are replaced by more generic headers and footers.
But where do you adjust their positions?
The vertical position can be changed with the Text Style for header or footer (only X/Y, relX relY has no meaning). This works for styled and unstyled headers/footers. The style font and alignment works only if header or footer is styled.
