In MuseScore 2, Create a score with 8 quarters and put a fermata on the 4th one, and change the stretch to 8 or open the attached MuseScore 2 file.
Play it and save it
Open the file in MuseScore master and play it

Expected result: the playback should be the same
Actual result: the fermata is very long in MuseScore 3.
