Playback bug Version 1.1

This just started popping up a couple days ago, but it's been really bugging me.
When I finish editing a portion of my score, I go to play it. I set the cursor to the note I want the score to start playing at (this is a very long score, about 1000 measures and half an hour long...) The cursor then jumps to a place several measures ahead of the part I want to listen to. I repeat my actions, again with no response. Then, I go to the play panel, and I find it's impossible to move the play cursor thing to the chunk of notes I want to be hearing! I have to settle for putting it a minute before the desired notes; then it plays up to and through the section with no problem. But somehow I can't listen to just that section.
