Click "Note Heads" button in Pallette
program aborts

Does it happen for any score? or just a particular score? What happen with the demo score?
Is MuseScore just installed? If not can you try to run mscore -F and reproduce?

I can't reproduce, so it could be a Fedora-exclusive?

Using MuseScore 1.1 and 2.0 Nightly Build (5180) - Mac 10.6.8.

We need more info on that one. Does it crash with mscore -F ? Does it crash if you remove mscore-palette.xml ?
