Corruption when importing nested tuplet from 1.3 file

Steps:
1- Open attached file (1.3 file); we already have some corruption in the nested tuplet of measure 4, see attached images;
2- Save the file with another name;
3- Re-open the saved file: measure 4 is now a corrupted measure.

Windows 10, stable version 2.0.3 (and also development version)

Apparently, the tick of the mother tuplet is not set correctly when reading this 1.3 file, so probably the first 3 notes of the tuplet are not correctly added to the tuplet.

[Note that the code of PR https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/2881 dealing also with tuplet tick does not solve this import problem]
