Is there a way to have {flutes, clarinets ect.} make the breathy sound(almost like wind)?
I am composing a peice that will be called "Comme un Bateau Jouet Sur la Mer" which translates to "Like a toy boat on the sea" so i would like to know if there is a way to achieve the sound of wind.

MuseScore doesn't prodice sounds itself. It depnds on soundfonts for its sounds. If someone has produced a soundfont that has such a sample in it, then you can simply use that spundfont. But you'd have to find, build, the soundfont yourself.

Sound #122 in the GM soundset is defined as Breath Noise
So provided you have a GM compatible SoundFont installed you can define that as a sound for one of your instruments using the Mixer Window.
