Automatically add continuation accidentals on notes tied over multiple measures or line breaks

At present, if a note with an accidental is tied over multiple measures, the accidental cannot be repeated in a measure after the first without causing the tie to be broken. It is sometimes desirable to repeat the accidental, e.g. if the tied note extends past a line break or page break, to avoid having the performer flip a page back to see what the note was.

Two possible approaches are:
1) allow a repeat of the accidental to be inserted manually without breaking the tie
2) create an option to automatically repeat the accidental after a page break, after a line break, or even at the start of each new measure
