Page size changes lost all triplets and quintuplets

I have a pdf of the score, so I can prove it happened. Fortunately I had saved the part that was mangled so I could recover with a copy and paste.

Now what did I do. I was trying to squeeze the score into 4 pages. I had the margins too small maybe 6mm, they are now 9mm and 19 for the bottom, letter paper (changed from A4) and the space is 1.025 mm. At what point the triplets and quits disappeared, I am not sure. There was one other thing I had done - changed the file names outside of Musescore. But I doubt this could have had an effect.

I still notice a sort of shadowed double bar line - these settings. I reset several things even deleting what seemed spurious barlines (and they deleted OK) - but I did not duplicate the losing of triplets
