Frame properties tab order

The tab order of the VBox properties dialogue (which is strangely named, by the way, since VBox is not a name we normally encounter) is currently: 1. Left 2. Top. 3. OK 4. Cancel 5. Right 6. Bottom. The logical tab order would put the buttons last.
