Why are the same two notes transcribed?
In an excerpt from 'Innuendo' by Queen transcribing an electric guitar, you can see the same two notes (B) in the one chord.
They appear to be a different voice and I think I have seen something similar before.
Does anyone know why this is?

Same note played on two different strings (eg, open B string but also fourth fret G string).
Thanks Marc!
Could someone demonstrate how this should be notated?
I'm not sure if it is multiple voices?

add the note, flip to other side of stem and add another.
