Balancing melody or harmonising it

Kindly be informed that i need the below situation that i once communicated with Thomas Bonte
he told me to reach you guys on this forum.I want to know how to balance the melody more and harmonising as you teach me refer to my 4 PIECES that i did on my page.Kindly note that i still have problems with my account to pay for it so that i view music comments.

how to balance a melody also how to hamonise the melody it is difficulty for i really need this in my life

Could you attach the score you are having problems with and be more specific about your problem?
Learning the skills of harmonizing is kind of beyond what a software forum is intended for. You might consider taking a class in theory, arranging, or composition at a local school.
But if by "balance" you mean, you want some instruments to be louder than others, the usual way to do this is to add dynamic markings (p, mp, f, ff, etc) to your music. You can also fine-tune the relative loudness of different instruments using View / Mixer.
If you need further help, again, please attach your score and try to describe in more detail what you are trying to do.
