Ontime offset not working????

I've just been trying to edit the ontime offset of the notes of an arpeggio in a guitar piece I've written.

If you adjust the ontime offset in the inspector of any of the notes in the arpeggio, on clicking apply it simply reverts to the original time settting.

The chord articulation dialogue to be found on right clicking also appears to do nothing!

This is annoying because the arpeggio just ain't fast enough to imply a rasguedo!
