You can't install a soundfont into musescore.com.
You can however add an audio source that happens to be the audio you exported using your preferred soundfont settings and then synch that with the score.
If you are a Pro use, you can then also select that audio source to be the default playback sound.
Sidenote: the musescore.com site has just had a major makeover and engine rework. The site is currently live, but slow and file uploads aren't always working at the moment. Expect improvements over the coming week.
